Every state in the world defines as the main goal to find in its citizens the qualities specific to the requirements of the time and the values that are compatible with the goals of the society. By familiarizing with the experience of the countries striving for sustainable development and excellence, to educate the students' sense of citizenship, to form a sense of social responsibility, to develop such qualities as self-awareness, tolerance, justice, to develop the citizenship position based on adaptation to the needs of the times and the interests of society it was concluded that it is necessary.

This paper examines community-led initiatives and responses in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic, highlighting the pivotal role of grassroots efforts in addressing the challenges posed by the global health crisis. As the pandemic continues to disrupt lives and strain healthcare systems worldwide, communities have mobilized to support vulnerable populations, disseminate accurate information, and implement preventive measures. Through a comprehensive review of case studies and empirical research, this study explores the diverse range of initiatives undertaken by communities, including mutual aid networks, community health campaigns, and volunteer-driven initiatives. The analysis underscores the resilience and adaptability of communities in the face of adversity, as well as the importance of collaboration between local stakeholders, governments, and international organizations. By shedding light on the contributions of community-led initiatives to the pandemic response, this paper aims to inform policymakers, public health officials, and community leaders about effective strategies for building resilient and inclusive responses to public health emergencies.

The analysis of the process of digitalization of modern education leads to the understanding that in the process of digital transformation of education, noticeable changes in the student's personality occur, the information and communication spheres completely absorb it and turn it into their product. In the context of digitalization of education, teachers face the same problems that have been studied and studied in traditional pedagogy for a long time, but new methods and technologies of solutions are needed to solve them. Psychologists, on the other hand, are faced with a new kind of socialization that takes place under virtual influence, forming a new personality and a new generation as a whole.
