The historical experience of the East and the West, the traditions of intense philosophical debates, the traditions of philosophical debates, values are extremely important. In particular, the spiritual heritage of scholars is of incomparable importance in protecting young people from vices alien to the way of life and spirituality of our people.

The article studies the key factors (security, geopolitics, economy) that directly impact the strategy of the Republic of Uzbekistan towards the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO). It is revealed that this strategy always has been based on following priorities: (1) ensuring national and regional security in Central Asia (2) preserving independence in foreign policy (3) balancing the interests of major powers in Central Asia (4) preventing hegemony of a single state or a group of states within the SCO (5) using the SCO to implement Uzbekistan's priorities in trade, economy and transport interconnectivity.

Due to the current transformation of the SCO and intensification of geopolitical competition among its major members the necessity of applying middle-power diplomacy within the Organization has been identified. Uzbekistan's potential to conduct «middle power diplomacy" in the SCO has been justified.

This study conducts a critical discourse analysis of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte’s political speeches, aiming to uncover the underlying power dynamics, rhetorical strategies, and ideological constructs. By examining a selection of his public addresses, this research identifies recurring themes and linguistic patterns that characterize Duterte’s governance and political communication. The analysis explores how Duterte's rhetoric reflects and shapes socio-political realities in the Philippines, revealing his approaches to authority, populism, and national identity. Through this lens, the study offers insights into the broader implications of his discourse on public perception, policy-making, and democratic processes. The findings contribute to a deeper understanding of the role of political speech in contemporary governance and the construction of political authority.

This study explores the impact of elderly training programs on family members' attitudes in Floverjan. The research investigates how structured educational and skill-building activities for seniors influence the perceptions and behaviors of their relatives. Using a mixed-methods approach, the study combines quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews with family members to assess changes in attitudes towards aging, elderly capabilities, and intergenerational relationships. Findings indicate a significant positive shift in family members' views, highlighting increased respect, empathy, and engagement with their elderly relatives. The study concludes that elderly training programs not only enhance the well-being of seniors but also foster more supportive and inclusive family dynamics. These insights underscore the importance of community-based initiatives in promoting healthy aging and familial cohesion in Floverjan.
