International University Branch Campuses in Uzbekistan present significant opportunities for advancing the country’s higher education landscape. These institutions offer advanced educational quality through internationally recognized curricula and faculty., promote global recognition and mobility. However, they also face challenges. Issues include language proficiency among faculty and students, which impede a positive students experience. Varieties in English proficiency among students in the classroom settings hinder motivation for study and a successful academic performance. Addressing these challenges requires language support programs, prioritizing language proficiency language proficiency in faculty hiring and tailored admission requirements to align student abilities with academic demands. By tackling these challenges, IUBCs can maximize their positive impact on Uzbekistan’s higher education system and enhance education quality in these institutions.

Gulbadan Begum, a prominent figure in the Mughal court, is often recognized for her significant yet underappreciated contributions to Persian literature and historical documentation. As the daughter of Emperor Babur and sister of Emperor Humayun, her unique position afforded her access to the intricacies of the Mughal court, allowing her to observe and participate in the rich cultural milieu of her time. This paper explores Gulbadan Begum’s literary works, particularly her memoir, Humayun Nama, which provides a rare female perspective on Mughal history and politics. Through her writings, Gulbadan offers insights into the lives of women in the royal household, the dynamics of power, and the cultural practices of the Mughal Empire. By analyzing her contributions, this study aims to highlight the importance of female voices in historical narratives and the impact of Gulbadan Begum on the preservation and understanding of Mughal heritage. Her works not only enrich Persian literature but also serve as crucial historical documents that challenge traditional narratives of gender and authority in the Mughal period.

The article presents the results of an empirical study aimed at examining the relationship between indicators of parents’ psychological well-being and the child’s perceptions of the family relationship system. Empirical evidence shows that the phenomenon of psychological well-being and the indicators of family relationship systems are interconnected. Parents’ experience of psychological well-being or distress is reflected in the child’s perception of the family relationship system.
