THE EXECUTIVES DATA FRAMEWORKS AND CORPORATE INDEPENDENT DIRECTION

O J Uchendu , Faculty Of Management Science, Covenant University, Nigeria

Abstract

Data has turned into a fundamental asset for overseeing current associations. This is so in light of the fact that todays business climate is unpredictable, dynamic, tempestuous and requires the thriving interest for precise, important, complete, ideal and efficient data expected to drive the dynamic interaction to highlight authoritative capacities to oversee openings and dangers. This paper is an impression of amassed talk accessible in writing concerning the nexus between the executives data frameworks EDF and corporate independent direction. The paper recommends that a careful turn of events and the board of EDF in associations is fit for setting off choices that would not exclusively be quick and precise yet would be in accordance with industry best practices and eventually bring about authoritative proficiency and adequacy.
