                                Abstract
Challenges that are being faced by the society cannot be solved without a clear, reasonable, life-designing and creative activity of people, and it is vital to consider and analyze human factors in this context. People need conscious activity and true passion that is expressed in application of effort and spiritual confidence. All these will be reflected in the framework of human resources.
