Abstract

The rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digital technologies is fundamentally transforming modern business management. Organizations across industries are increasingly adopting intelligent technologies to improve operational efficiency, enhance decision-making, optimize organizational resources, strengthen customer relationships, and develop competitive business strategies. The integration of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Big Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, the Internet of Things (IoT), blockchain, robotics, and digital platforms has created new opportunities for transforming traditional management practices. These technologies are reshaping important business functions, including marketing, finance, human resource management, supply chain operations, customer service, strategic planning, and organizational development. AI-powered systems enable businesses to analyse large volumes of data, predict market trends, automate repetitive activities, personalize customer experiences, and support evidence-based managerial decisions. Digital innovation also facilitates organizational flexibility, business model transformation, global connectivity, and the development of new products and services. However, the adoption of these technologies presents significant challenges related to data privacy, cybersecurity, algorithmic bias, implementation costs, workforce displacement, digital inequality, and organizational resistance to technological change. This article examines the transformation of business management through Artificial Intelligence and digital innovation, focusing on emerging technological trends, practical applications, managerial implications, implementation challenges, and future perspectives. It also proposes an integrated conceptual framework connecting digital infrastructure, intelligent analytics, organizational capabilities, human expertise, and sustainable business performance. The study highlights the importance of responsible AI adoption, digital leadership, workforce development, ethical governance, and continuous organizational learning. It concludes that the strategic integration of AI and digital innovation can create more intelligent, adaptive, efficient, and sustainable business organizations in an increasingly competitive global economy.
