Abstract
This article proposes an integrated methodology for identifying, assessing, and managing risks arising in the process of resource management at garment and knitwear enterprises using the international ISO 31000:2018 standard and the FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) method. The methodology is aimed at a systematic assessment of risks associated with raw materials, labor, equipment, financial, energy, information, and logistics resources. Based on the indicators of severity S, probability of occurrence, O and difficulty of detection, and D in the FMEA table, the priority number of risks is determined - RPN. Based on the principles of ISO 31000, risk context, stakeholders, risk criteria, risk response measures, and monitoring and review mechanisms are formed. As a result, it is possible to increase the efficiency of the use of enterprise resources, reduce the share of defective products, reduce downtime and ensure the stability of production.
