Determining the internal mechanisms of the influence of the relationship with the mother on the process of mental development of a person requires special psychological research. Most of these studies are aimed at examining how the mother's attitude is reflected in the mental development of the child. At the same time, the question of what kind of psychological basis the content of the mother's attitude leading to certain positive or negative consequences in the field of the child's mental development remains open in many cases. From this point of view, it is important to study the compatibility of mother and child relations. In the article, the mother's expressive attitude towards her child and how it is reflected in the teenage child's eyes are comparatively studied and the results of empirical analysis are presented.

This paper presented a discourse on the relevance of teacher education towards attainments of millennium development goals, vision 2020 and 20:20:20 objectives in Nigerian in this discourse, the role of teacher education has been highlighted vis-à-vis the established agencies that regulate the conducts, role and functions of teacher education institution of learning. Such agencies include National University Commission (NUC), national teacher institute (NTI), and teachers registration council, among others. The paper tailored its discourse on the objective of these agencies highlighting on their mission and vision in relation to their roles I in enhancing the quality instructions and moulding the personality of the learners. Further, the paper featured information on the goals aims and objective of teacher education as contained in the national policy on education. The declarative statements, missions and visions of 2020 and 2020:20 were established through the role of functional literacy education that makes an individual productive and creative, that leads to societal goals achievement and the development of nation(s) alike. Appropriate recommendations are made in the paper.

The article explores the issues related to the constitutional reforms carried out in our society during the new conditions, problems related to it, convicts, their legal status, ensuring the rights and freedoms of this category of persons and pays attention to some unfortunate issues related to convicts. The issues of mutual proportionality of current legislation and international standards are analysed.

The main thing is to understand that the new life is already here, around us - it has already arrived and seeks to transform us so that we begin to correspond to it. But we continue to wait for something special, incredible in the future, we do not notice that it has already become our present.

The article examines the problem of using multimedia educational tools as an effective source of filling and transferring knowledge. Particular attention was paid to the following positive aspects of the use of multimedia teaching tools: improvement of methods and technologies, change of traditional forms of teaching and creation of new ones, improvement of teaching efficiency, students' self-confidence formation of motives for self-development of learning, quick control and analysis of obtained results, increasing the amount of information over a certain period of time. The following negative aspects of the use of multimedia instructional manuals are considered: the reduction of social relations, the reduction of interaction and communication, the formation of individualism, the difficulty of transitioning from a symbolic form to a system of practical actions.

The problems related to the introduction of multimedia teaching aids into the educational process are analyzed: searching for information in telecommunication networks, preparing the teacher to work with multimedia tools, changing the role of the teacher in the educational process, and compliance with requirements.
