The article analyzes the international experience in the development of administrative proceedings as a separate type of judicial process. The system of administrative legal proceedings in France, Germany, Great Britain is being investigated. The author compares the Uzbek model of administrative proceedings with foreign models, points out the advantages and disadvantages.

The study of character speech in fiction has long been a problem in science. There has been a lot of research in this area, especially in Uzbek and Russian translation, and major scientific works have been created. Just as the absence of some errors and inaccuracies in the translation does not mean that the quality of the translation is high, their presence does not mean that the translation is of poor quality and does not meet the requirements. The researcher who seeks to study a translation should focus on the power of influence inherent in the translation, and whether the original ideological and artistic value is fully preserved. It is much easier to translate phraseological units literally than to find an alternative to them in the language being translated, or to take a creative approach to the subject and create a new phrase that matches the original phrase and fully expresses its meaning. However, if a clear, artistic, and semantic alternative to the original phrase is in the language being translated, and the translator does not take this into account, it is a shortcoming. It's about finding an alternative to that phrase and using it in its place. The main purpose of the article is to analyze the phraseological units, focusing on the culture, history, philosophy and mythology of the studied language. The use of phraseology in character speech in translation has not been specifically studied in comparative linguistics or translation studies. This determines the relevance of this topic. Anthrocentric focus on phraseological units in Hindi and Uzbek languages, identification of national color and figurative features of phraseology and methods of their translation.

The article analyzes the legislation and state programs of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the activities of investigative bodies for the prevention of juvenile crimes, as well as the international experience of foreign countries, identifies typical circumstances that contribute to the commission of crimes by minors in the countries of Central Asia, influencing factors in the behavior of minors, identifying the causes and conditions that contributed to the commission crimes, the beginning and end of the prevention of crimes by the investigator, the author also establishes that the timely establishment and initiation of criminal cases against minors leads to early prevention of crimes [1.11-12], the preventive nature of the specified procedural institution is evidenced by criminal procedural measures of coercion, in the article the author believes that the institute of termination of a criminal case [1. 11-12] on the grounds of reconciliation, it has the potential character of prevention, that is, the accused is not subjected to the procedure of litigation va, then the essence of making submissions to the relevant institutions, the incident of the number of submissions made, as well as the further actions of the investigator to execute the submission made, are further discussed and non-procedural forms of prevention, such as speeches in the media, personal conversations with officials, publication of articles, notes in the press.

This article examines the history of Uzbekistan and China, the history of their relationship, partnership. Special attention is paid to the cultural values and traditions of the two countries.
