This article describes the attitude of the Uzbek poet and thinker, great philosopher and educator Boborahim Mashrab to Islam. In Mashrab’s poems, first of all, the Oneness of Allah analyzes that Muhammad (saas) was sent as the last messenger to mankind. He also praised in his poems that Hasan, the sons of Abu Bakr, 'Umar,' Uthman, 'Ali and' Ali, and Husayn, had attained the status of martyrs in the cause of Allah.

Mashrab belongs to the Hanafi sect, and in his poems he expressed his deep respect for such saints as Shibli, Bistomi, Baghdadi, Khallaj, Rumi, Tabrizi, Kubro, Naqshband.

We dedicate the article to revealing the characteristics of the scientific method in Alisher Navoi's works "Muhokamat ul-lug'atayn" and "Mezon ul-avzon". In it, they show these features with the help of concrete examples, Navoi contributed to the formation of the scientific method in the Uzbek language.

The factors influencing on the successful studying of a foreign language are viewed in the article. The author shows their correlation and influence on the process of studying of a foreign language. The methodical and psychological aspects of studying of a foreign language are examined in the article. Various types of psychological barriers that arise among cadets in the process of learning a second language are considered, some views of domestic and foreign psychologists on this topic are analyzed, and strategies for overcoming such psychological barriers are determined. The study of a foreign language is influenced by both objective factors: age, gender, ability to learn languages, social factors, etc., as well as subjective, affective factors or filters, such as motivation, personal attitude to a new subject and the process of its assimilation, anxiety, self-confidence and self-esteem. The effectiveness of learning and mastering a foreign language, its further professional use, in addition to the talent of the teacher to use the correct methodology for presenting and activating educational material, the ability to build trusting relationships with students and create a comfortable environment for them in the classroom, largely depends on the psychological state of the students themselves, on the ability to change the prevailing ideas about their abilities to assimilate and freely use foreign language speech both in the classroom and in real life.

The international convention on the rights of women and the processes of adoption of legal documents are considered step by step, their features are studied in detail.

This article discusses the formation of legal regulatory stages for the rational use of water resources by farms. In this article, the author has shown that the legal nature of the rational use of water resources of farms and the importance of decisions and decrees of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in its improvement. In this sense, significant reforms in the legal regulation of the use of water resources of farms, based on the introduction of new institutions, described the specific features of the historical stages of its development. During the historical stages, it is shown that on May 6, 1993, the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Water and Water Use" No. 837-XII was adopted. It should be noted that the institution of "water consumption" was introduced in these historical stages. In this article, the author states that comprehensive measures to implement modern information and communication and innovative technologies in the water management system have been approved.
