The article highlights the role of innovative technologies in improving the quality of education, in which the reform of the education system and the transition to a new system create the need for the active implementation of pedagogical innovations. To form an innovative education system, it is necessary to introduce innovative information and technological capabilities into the educational system and study international educational experience. This article outlines thoughts and opinions on the prospects for using innovative technologies in education.

This paper explores outreach strategies aimed at enhancing education access in Cambodia, focusing on initiatives by higher education institutions. Despite progress, educational opportunities remain limited in Cambodia, particularly in rural areas. Drawing on case studies and best practices, this study examines effective outreach approaches, including community engagement, scholarship programs, and online platforms. It highlights the importance of collaboration with local stakeholders, government agencies, and non-profit organizations to address barriers to education. The findings underscore the potential of outreach efforts to broaden educational horizons and foster socio-economic development in Cambodia.

Based on the formation of China’s historical political culture, it is considered that it has unique national values compared to other countries. China’s cultural and political ideologies are based on the idea of loyalty to historical heritage and traditions, and it is necessary to promote nationalism and identity by preserving ideological and humanitarian principles from the influence of globalization. For millennia, the Chinese nation has gone through periods of rejection of social traditions and modernity and acceptance as a necessary condition for the nation’s development.

This paper scrutinizes the detrimental effects of godfatherism on the integrity of Nigeria's electoral process. Godfatherism, a phenomenon where powerful individuals exert undue influence over political candidates and officeholders, has long plagued Nigeria's democratic journey. Through an analysis of historical and contemporary examples, this study sheds light on how godfatherism undermines electoral integrity, perpetuates corruption, and erodes democratic principles. Key manifestations of godfatherism include candidate imposition, vote-buying, electoral violence, and manipulation of party structures. Furthermore, the paper explores the broader implications of godfatherism on governance, accountability, and citizen participation. By uncovering the intricate dynamics of godfatherism in Nigeria, this study seeks to foster discourse and action towards safeguarding democratic institutions and promoting electoral transparency.
