CONSTITUTIONALISM IN THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

Abstract

National and foreign experience (internal and external experience) of formation and development of constitutionalism, the history of the adoption of constitutions in Uzbekistan, the role and importance of the country's Basic law in the development of the national-state and law, and the comparative observation of the norms and provisions of the Basic Law of the Republic with foreign analogies are discussed and the experience of constitutionalism in the US, Great Britain, France is examined in this article.
