DEVELOPMENT OPTIONS FOR CONTEMPORARY UZBEK THEATRE
Dr. Nodirbek B. Sayfullaev , Candidate Of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor, National Institute Of Fine Arts And Design Named After Kamoliddin Bekhzod Tashkent, UzbekistanAbstract
The art of drama is essentially a collective one; for this reason, a proper organization of the creative process and good management become important. The primary objective in this area today is to gain fundamental knowledge about market laws and be able to apply them in practice. Only those theatres that adopted a new approach to management, repertoire selection and audience engagement can be sustainable. Theatres that successfully performed at overseas contests, took part in festivals and toured other countries are sure to always have an audience. On the contrary, theatres that do not seek renewal, experience creative stagnation.
