
JOINT EFFORT OF GUARDIANS AND CARE EXPERTS IN INSTANCES OF KIDS SET IN PRIVATE CONSIDERATION HOMES – PARENTAL VIEWPOINT

The worldview of private kid care, giving schooling and care to youngsters outside the family is evolving around the world. The accentuation is moving from a tight youngster centered way to deal with a more kid and-family focused one, foregrounding the nature of cooperation among guardians and everybody engaged with the kid's consideration. A few Slovenian investigations cause to notice the hardships of keeping a community organization with guardians that depends on trust and contact. We present the discoveries of a subjective exploration concentrate on that remembered 32 people with youngsters for various private consideration homes all through Slovenia. The point of the review was to break down the encounters and needs of the guardians that could add to a superior cooperation with the consideration experts. The discoveries show that the guardians underlined the accompanying as significant for great joint effort: correspondence and discourse, being educated, included and acknowledged as a significant piece of the group.
