Abstract

This study delves into the dynamic interplay between service quality and student contentment within the library environment of Senior High School. Titled "Bookish Bliss: Exploring Service Quality and Student Contentment in the Library of Senior High School," the research seeks to unravel the factors that contribute to students' satisfaction with library services. Through a meticulous investigation, this study aims to shed light on the pivotal role of service quality in fostering a positive and enriching library experience for high school students.
