Abstract
The Ancient Vedic literature, epic narratives, and classical Sanskrit technical treatises contain detailed accounts of sophisticated physical phenomena, including interstellar space travel (Loka-Santaraṇa), non-linear time dilation, instantaneous spatial displacement (teleportation), and gravitational field manipulation (antigravity). Historically, academic scholarship has categorized these descriptions either through a strictly mytho-poetic lens or as literary allegories. This paper applies a rigorous Comparative Epistemology and Theoretical Physics Framework to evaluate whether textual accounts from the Śrīmad Bhāgavatam, Yoga Sūtras of Patañjali, Vaimānika Shāstra, and Samarāṅgaṇa Sūtradhāra possess structural and conceptual alignment with modern advanced physics models—specifically Einstein’s General Theory of Relativity, Quantum Non-locality, and Negative Energy Density dynamics. By establishing a formal technical taxonomy between classical Sanskrit terminology and modern aerospace parameters, this study demonstrates the value of re-reading classical texts through interdisciplinary digital humanities and aviation archaeology methodologies.
