TEACHING AND GENDER-SPECIFIC VARIATIONS IN WORKER INSPIRATION

Abstract

The most purpose of this text is to point out dependencies between teaching and gender supported hand-picked inspiration factors. so as to get relevant information, the form methodology was used. within the years 2013–2016, 26,416 respondents participated. Descriptive statistics was used for information processing; the connection between 2 categorical variables was verified by the chi-quadrate take a look at and Tukey’s HSD take a look at. The results of the analysis proven the hypotheses; i.e. that there area unit important variations in inspiration factors among Slovak workers associated with their gender and teaching. the foremost important inspiration factors enclosed basic wage, job security and a decent operating team. The paper presents an inspired verifiable methodology which will be employed in analysis of an analogous focus in alternative European countries. The analysis results purpose to the potential of assorted alternatives for business managers chargeable for getting ready incentive inspiration programmes associated with the ana lysed factors.
