UNDERSTANDING ADOLESCENT STRESS MANAGEMENT: A STUDY OF OFFSPRING FROM WORKING AND NON-WORKING MOTHERS

This comparative study investigates adolescent stress management in offspring of working and non-working mothers. The research explores how maternal employment status influences stress levels and coping mechanisms among adolescents. Utilizing quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews, the study examines factors such as parental support, time management skills, and psychological resilience in relation to stress outcomes. Findings highlight differences in stress perception and management strategies between the two groups, shedding light on the complex interplay of familial dynamics and socio-economic influences on adolescent well-being.
