Chronic periodontitis is a prevalent and chronic inflammatory condition affecting the supporting structures of the teeth, leading to tooth loss if left untreated. Chlorhexidine, a widely used antimicrobial agent, has demonstrated efficacy in the management of periodontal diseases. This clinical study aims to compare the effectiveness of two different formulations of chlorhexidine gel in the treatment of chronic periodontitis. A total of 100 patients diagnosed with chronic periodontitis were randomly assigned to two treatment groups: Group A received chlorhexidine gel formulation X, while Group B received chlorhexidine gel formulation Y. Both groups underwent a standardized periodontal treatment protocol, including scaling and root planing, followed by the application of their respective chlorhexidine gel formulations. Periodontal parameters, such as probing pocket depth (PPD), clinical attachment level (CAL), and gingival inflammation index (GI), were measured at baseline and after three months. The results were statistically analyzed to determine the comparative efficacy of the two formulations. The findings of this study will contribute valuable insights to clinicians in selecting the most effective chlorhexidine gel formulation for the management of chronic periodontitis.

This study presents an online team-based capacity building program on curricular design aimed at empowering educators to enhance their teaching methodologies and curricular development skills. The program was designed to address the growing demand for effective and innovative teaching practices in education. A diverse group of educators from various educational institutions participated in the program, engaging in collaborative online activities, workshops, and discussions. The curriculum was tailored to provide participants with the necessary knowledge and tools to create learner-centered and outcome-focused curricula. Evaluation of the program's effectiveness was conducted through pre- and post-program assessments, feedback surveys, and qualitative analysis of participant reflections. The results demonstrate the positive impact of the program on educators' professional development and their ability to design dynamic and engaging curricula.

Fatty liver disease is a complex and increasingly prevalent medical condition characterized by the accumulation of fat in the liver, leading to potential liver dysfunction and long-term health consequences. This research aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of fatty liver disease by exploring its clinical, biochemical, serological, and radiological aspects. Through a systematic review of existing literature and the examination of patient data, this study delves into the various manifestations and risk factors associated with fatty liver disease. Furthermore, it investigates the interplay between clinical symptoms, biochemical markers, serological indicators, and radiological findings to enhance the understanding and diagnosis of this condition. The results of this research will offer valuable insights for healthcare professionals, researchers, and policymakers in developing effective strategies for early detection, management, and prevention of fatty liver disease.
