Abstract

The relevance of the analysis of the world literature data devoted to one of the pressing problems of urgent medicine as a high mortality rate during non-cardiological surgical interventions lies in the fact that patients with concomitant cardiovascular pathology, which in itself is a high risk factor, as well as taking into account the development complications in the form of increased intra-abdominal pressure, in extreme situations of violation of homeostasis, - become the cause of many times increased mortality.
